Hotel, Restaurant & Bar in Tarves • 1810 - 2016
"There's always time for a half at the Aberdeen Arms Hotel!"
All the old classics like steak and ale pie, freshly battered fish and chips with mushy peas, great quality steaks along with a great choice of homemade specials changed daily.
We have an unrivalled choice of desserts available everyday. The pub is open everyday for food between 12pm and 2pm and every evening between 6.30pm and 9pm, and on Sundays we serve until 2.30pm.
Sunday lunch is served with a choice of home-cooked joints, fresh vegetables, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and proper gravy made with meat stock.
Our Bistro is available for small functions and we take this opportunity to announce that Wee Bettys Vintage Tearoom will be available in the Bistro on Fridays and Saturdays from 9-3 starting in February 2017.
Our Public Bar Area
Landlord Colin Fowlie takes great pride in providing an excellent place to stay, eat and drink for locals and visitors alike.
Our 200th anniversary in 2010 was marked with us making our own ale called '1810'. Why not come down and try a pint round the barrel in the warm public bar?
Sometimes nothing hits the spot like a cool, refreshing long drink made with your favourite spirit. At The Aberdeen Arms, we've got a fantastic selection of spirits available behind the bar from classic favourites to specialist premium ranges as interesting alternatives.
We have four rooms available for long or short stay visitors. Our aim is to make sure you get a comfortable, peaceful stay with us and hope you join us in the morning for a hearty good old Scottish breakfast.
Our rooms are all comfortably well furnished, have en-suite, television, wi-fi and tea & coffee making facilities.
